I have not slept a full night in years. Sounds crazy but it’s true. Partly it has carried on this long due to my own stubborn stance not to take sleeping pills and various other contributing factors. I think predominantly it dates back to the years we spent living in an apartment where I got used to sleeping in a pitch back room with no windows, so now light agitates me. To more recently, with my daughter still waking in the night. This combo has become my saviour, I’m not sleeping a solid 8 hours but I am sleeping a block of 4-5 hours which is huge progress.
